Intensive meditation retreat for habits level class

  • From Monday July 8 from 1 p.m. to Sunday July 21 from 5 p.m.

  • Your stay can be 4 to 14 days depending on your availability.

  • It is best to arrive on Monday July 8 or 15 to participate in the orientation sessions.

  • Each night costs €25 (to be paid directly to your center)

To learn to coexist 

All those who stay at the meditation center participate in the maintenance of the place (cleaning the meditation center, preparing meals, maintaining the outside of the center). 

We emphasize meditation in action to support each other and learn to live together in harmony. Thank you very much in advance for your participation.

In this context of Covid, please make sure before your departure that you are symptom free. For those who will be using public transportation, we would be very grateful if you would wear a mask during your trip.

YOUR HOSTING

Meditation Sologne offers group sleeping on futons within the meditation center. Individual tents will also be available for those who wish to do so.

Please bring a thin sheet and a pillowcase for your stay. 

MEALS DURING THE STAY


If you have any allergies or intolerances to certain foods, please inform your main guide before you arrive at the meditation center.

Two shared bathrooms are available to residents.
